Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-10-13

Memento Capital LLC ("Memento", "we") is a private holding company organized in Texas. This policy explains how we handle financial account information that we access through Plaid Inc. ("Plaid") and any other information you share with us.

Who uses our application

Our Plaid application is an internal tool. It is used only by Memento Capital LLC and its principal to connect accounts that they own or are authorized to manage, for bookkeeping, reconciliation and cash planning. It is not offered to the public.

Information we access

When an account owner links an account through Plaid, we receive read-only information for that account, which may include:

We do not receive or store online banking usernames or passwords. Sign-in happens on Plaid's or the financial institution's own screens. We do not request or use payment, transfer or money-movement products.

How we use it

We do not sell, rent or share account information with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising. Information may be disclosed only where required by law.

How we protect it

Data is stored on systems controlled by Memento, with access limited to the company's principal and tools acting on his instruction. Access tokens and application secrets are kept in restricted files and are never published. Connections between our systems and Plaid are encrypted in transit.

Retention

Transaction records are kept as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes, generally up to seven years, and are then deleted.

Your choices

An account owner can disconnect an account at any time through the Plaid Portal at my.plaid.com or through their financial institution's connected-apps settings. Once disconnected, we receive no further data from that account. To ask what we hold or to request deletion, contact us below.

Plaid's own handling of data is described in the Plaid End User Privacy Policy.
